OrthoChart Forms:  You now have the ability to create your own custom PDF forms for patients to fill out using a terminal in your waiting room or better yet a wireless tablet pc.  The forms will be saved directly to the patient’s documents folder in Patient Information and will greatly reduce paper in your office.  These forms are only limited by your imagination.

 

E-mail File Attachment:  You can now attach any file to an e-mail from within OrthoChart.  Click on the Attach File icon just like you would in Outlook.

 

Mass E-mail:  You can now send mass e-mails with an attachment. 

 

E-mail CC Option:  CC box has been added to send a copy of the e-mail.

 

E-Mail Appointment Card:  E-mail option has been added to print appointment card screen. 

 

E-Mail Statements:  Right click on the E-mail button to print a report showing you who will receive e-mail statements based on the criteria you select (Current, 10.00 minimum balance, etc.).

 

E-Mail Tracking:  A record of each e-mail sent will now be stored in a new database.

 

Insurance:  Enhanced support for Medicaid claims.

 

Receipts:  Full page receipt now has combined insurance balance at the bottom of the receipt.

 

Family Box:  Address and Responsible Party info is updated for all sibling/family listed in the Family box when you edited the patient information on any of the members.

 

Interface:  There is now an interface with Dimaxis.
