OrthoChart Pricing
Get Started For As Little As $1,500.00!
New clients can get started for as little as $1,499.00 for a single user. Additional users can be added as needed at the one time cost of $1,000 per user. A typical office of 4 computers would be $4,500. We offer additional discounts for over 4 licenses up to an an Unlimited License.
We offer two types of licensing of our software. The first is a Device License which means you need a license for each computer that you install OrthoChart on. This is the type of license you will need if you are going to install OrthoChart on your own computers.
The second is a User License which means you need a license for each user that is using OrthoChart. This is the type of license you will need if you are going to use OrthoChart Cloud.
Pricing for the base licenses is the same for both Device and User.
OrthoChart Software Licences
- 1st License: $1,500.00
- 2nd License: $1,000.00 ($2,500.00 Total)
- 3rd License: $1,000.00 ($3,500.00 Total)
- 4th License: $1,000.00 ($4,500.00 Total)
- 5+ Licenses: We have numerous options depending on your needs.
Cloud Pricing
Cloud Licenses are the same price as "grounded" licenses. The only difference is that you will need a license for each user who is using OrthoChart at the same time.
Example: You may have 5 computers in your office, but you will only have 3 people connected the OrthoChart Cloud at one time...you need 3 licenes, not 5!

- $10/month/user access/backup fee
Support Fees
- Conversion Fee (Varies by Conversion) $1,000.00-$1,500.00
- Telephone Support: $90.00/hour (billed by the minute @ $1.50)
- Yearly Update/Support Access Fee: $500.00/year
Note: There is no charge for the fee the first year and it must be paid every year in order to keep your software update and your access to OrthoChart support active.
